THE new Rogue Knit collection from MILLIKEN is characterised by its vibrant colours and the distinctive zig-zag, chevron knit effect in its texture. Milliken has created a collection taking inspiration from a traditional hand-crafting activity and from high fashion designer knitwear, with a nod to the current phenomenon for street knit graffiti known as ‘yarn-bombing’. While Rogue Knit has a hand-made and finely crafted appearance, its production is hi-tech. Milliken’s in-house tufting technology made it possible to produce the design in a palette of 18 colours, half of which are bright and vibrant hues, and half adaptable neutrals. Said to be carbon neutral and featuring 90% recycled content cushion backing, Rogue Knit is supplied with Milliken’s Comfort Plus 2 cushion backing as standard.
